Mast sensor stack stopped responding during a downpour. This caused the weewx server loop to exit, so ~6 hours of rain data was lost. Disabled mast sensor and AQI reads in weewx.conf in the meantime. Need to debug hardware failure. Need to see how to keep mast sensor failures from killing the server loop.

u3hv-scpi server loop updated. New architecture allows for direct stdin/stdout SCPI command IO, and using SCPI commands in a file for initial configuration. Refined SCPI command architecture. SCPI commands separated into implementation tiers. First tier commands (ADC and digital) are documented. Initial U3HV state recovery implemented. Determined that the U3 ReadCurrent opcode returned state problem is reproducible using LabJack software with the latest U3 firmware, so probably is a U3 firmware problem.

Buttons still work after two weeks week of runtime. GPS display update seems to be intermittent as it is working at this moment.
